How We Will Work Together

Discovery Call

During our initial 15-30 minute discovery call we explore your travel desires. We talk about what kind of experience you're hoping to have, who will be going on the trip, must-haves, and the specific vision of the trip you want to have. We will review my fee structure and explain the value and support our services provide.

Cultivating Your Trip

Once you have paid the travel planning fee, we work together to create your perfect trip, using a clear and transparent process. We will have at least one 30-minute call to go over the initial proposal and gather any other information necessary to finalize your trip.

Connecting The Dots

We get together for 15-30 minutes to share the details of your custom itinerary and your deposit is paid. We will then reserve or book travel, and provide all confirmations, logistics, and support contacts for the trip in a written itinerary and via mobile app, answering any questions you have as we count down to departure day!

Travel and enjoy with peace of mind! We consider every aspect of your journey to prepare you for a seamless and unforgettable experience. We have you covered with travel support if needed.

Our Service Structure

Travel Planning

Our services create an opportunity for you to hand off the time-consuming research and the headache-inducing booking process to an expert, someone whose expert knowledge and industry connections can get you exactly what you’re dreaming of and support you as an advocate in the event of a disruption. Like many professional consultants in various industries, ours is a fee-based firm. Travel Planning Services are requested prior to any trip research and are non-refundable.

Customized Travel Planning

Starting at $200

Customized Travel Planning and Consulting from $200. Includes discovery call, itinerary proposal, up to 3 itinerary change edits, trip details in a mobile app with trip chat, detailed travel documents, and signature client care support for pre-, during, and post-travel. Applies to groups of 6 or fewer travelers per itinerary. International travel starts at $300.

Group Travel Planning

Starting at $500

Customized Group Travel Planning from $500 per trip. Includes discovery call, itinerary proposal, up to 3 itinerary change edits, trip details in a mobile app with trip chat, travel documents, and signature client care support for pre-, during, and post-travel. Applies to groups of 7 or more travelers per booking. Large groups of more than 11 travelers may incur additional fees. We do not support destination wedding planning.

Ocean and River Cruises

Starting at $95

We have access to some of the world’s most distinguished premium ships, yachts, and river barges available with our preferred suppliers. Our amenity program may include VIP privileges that enable us to craft memorable and authentic experiences for you.

$ 95 when traveler specifies the ship and sail date for up to two cruises
$ 135 per trip if your request requires our research (including up to 3 cruises with a maximum length of 14 days)
Additional Concierge services begin at $75 per request.

Hotel Bookings Only

Starting at $50

Hotel Bookings from $50 per reservation include pre-travel confirmation and advocacy support. May include amenities, upgrades, and VIP access with Virtuoso ® or preferred partners.

Air Travel Support

Flight services include schedule monitoring, emergency assistance while traveling, and automated updates via mobile app. Alternative option that does not include emergency assistance: You may also book air travel on your own and we are happy to add this to your itinerary for tracking purposes.

Domestic Flights from $75 per trip booking

International Air

Starting at $125

International from $125 per trip booking

Group Air Travel

Starting at $300

International from $300 per trip booking groups of 7 -10 persons

Note: To earn loyalty points or frequent flyer miles, you may communicate any membership numbers to your advisor at the time of booking.
